We work to coordinate fishmonger related activities in the Nordic countries and to promote the consumption of fish across the region through common projects and by giving policy makers access to the knowledge and insights they require in order to implement rules and regulations that accommodate retail fishmongers.

Nordic council of seafood retailers

The purpose of The Nordic Council of Seafood Retailers is to strengthen Nordic cooperation within the seafood retail sector in order to develop and maintain common interests. Each country has a detailed insight in the industry so we together can make a more competitive industry. Furthermore we want to strengthen and promote the craft of fishmongers. The current activities are Innovative fish counters and the Nordic Fishmonger Championship.
